Densimix, Inc. began processing and marketing iron oxide (Fe₂O₃) in the late 1970's. Initially, it served only the oilfield community. In the early 1980' s E & B, Inc. was formed to service the glass and coatings industries, allowing Densimix to concentrate on the oilfield, industrial water treatment, brake and filler industries.

Today, serving an array of industries worldwide, its operations have become international in scope. The company has not only achieved a significant presence in its original markets but also become successful in promoting its iron oxide products for a number of other industrial applications

Densimix Inc.'s and E & B's growth has largely resulted from the high quality of its products, which in turn is the result of its uniformly high-quality feedstock ore and care in processing. This high commercial-grade, pure, natural hematite iron oxide has excellent dispersion properties is extremely low in heavy metals, and is environmentally acceptable. It is the purest natural iron oxide available anywhere in the world.
